Celebrate the week of the 4th with Maine Lobster , a Texas Twist, and a Commitment to Sustainability/RNN

As we celebrate July 4th RNN wanted to take a fun and tasty turn when it comes to sustainability and what could be better than Maine Lobster and in all places but Dallas, Texas a mecca when it comes to grilling and barbecuing.

 Recently the Maine Lobster Marketing Collaborative (MLMC) brought a taste of Maine to Dallas culinary tastemakers during a Maine Lobster-inspired industry night. As one of Texas’ largest and most influential restaurant hubs, the MLMC hosted the event to share the story of Maine Lobster with both veteran chefs and rising stars in Dallas. In partnership with culinary trendsetter Chef Blythe Beck of the restaurant Pink Magnolia, the MLMC hosted a “Maine After Midnight” celebration for the city’s top culinary teams. 

The event allowed attendees to sample a seasonal delicacy, Maine New Shell Lobster, and to experience its culinary versatility and understand the fishery’s history and centuries-long commitment to sustainability.
