China Doubles Renewable Energy Capacity Amid Push to Cut Pollution

Before we get to today's update, we can't help but notice we are getting lots of comments on the green building stories.  Obviously, we'd like to focus more here given the attention and interest.  As some who have commented are clearly expert, we'd love to have you send us reports as well.

Arpin has worked with the Green Building Council for many years.  They do great work and building construction, heating and cooling buildings, using commercial buildings for creating clean energy, like solar, all present incredible opportunities right now for huge gains in efficiency.  Building long-term value in your commercial building must include such a strategy.

Again, please contribute your ideas and success stories.  We will look to talk to some of you on the radio side as well.

Now, on a unrelated matter, we check back in on China's steady, almost spectacular investments in clean energy.  Their challenge is to keep up with their growth and not choke the world on their economic success:

China doubled the pace of adding renewable energy capacity in the first 10 months of the year as the government worked to cut pollution in its largest cities.
